PLATINUM WARRANTY
At 5280 Audio Video, our warranty is simple. We warranty our labor for the lifetime of the installation. If our installation services ever fail, we will make it right - period.
All hardware, components, audio, video, lighting, equipment and accessories that carry manufacturer’s warranties are subject to that manufacturer’s warranty. We will gladly replace any component per the manufacturer’s warranty specifications for our installations during that period, subject to the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines. Some manufacturer’s warranties exclude labor for removal and installation services, and may be the customer’s responsibility.
5280 Audio Video only warranties our work. Anything outside of the scope of our work is subject to normal fees for services.
5280 Audio Video may extend labor service contracts which are subject to their own warranties and guarantees.
